Michael was a British soldier during the 18th century but was brutally filled with gun shot wounds when found by Marcus on a battle field in North America.
He was a part of Marcus’ covenant for a time before Denise entered. When he saw Denise he told Diana, his sister:

He’s very tall and has a buff body naturally, his look is a bit off the dirty military side but the contours of his face is very broad that will signify his beauty.
